DuPage Politics is a hub for public affairs and community organization in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, providing links to news stories, analysis, and original reporting on local events.
The site was launched by Chris Ladd, a longtime Elmhurst resident and former York Township Republican precinct committeeman. Ladd resigned his GOP position in 2016 after a decade of service. He has since operated the Political Orphans blog while continuing his career in the software industry.
